Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mails from one email account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email mailboxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail account you would like to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
